2026–2027 Nominating Committee Slate

One of our most important agenda items tomorrow is electing next year's PTA Executive Board. Our Nominating Committee has worked hard to put forward an incredible slate of candidates.

Pursuant to our bylaws, the official slate for the 2026–2027 Apollo PTA Board is as follows:

• Co-Presidents: Rachel Mancia-Moreno and Michelle Kauffman

• Secretary: Isabel Van Wyk

• Treasurer: Haya Dredge

• Note: Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the meeting.

Meeting Agenda

We have a packed and exciting agenda for our final session together:

1. Welcome & Approvals: Review and approval of our last meeting's minutes.

2. Financial Update: A final look at this year's budget status and a vote on next school years draft budget.

3. Year-In-Review: Celebrating our programs, volunteers, and what your membership dues accomplished this year.

4. PTA Elections: Voting on the 2026–2027 Executive Board slate

5. Principal’s Report & Q&A: Updates from school administration.

Read at Home Program 2025-2026 Due date: June 5th, 2025   You can earn books for reading at home! All you have to do is read 20/30 minutes a day and keep track of your reading minutes with our handy calendar. Your reading options can include RAZ-Kids, TumbleBooks, reading to yourself, reading to a buddy, or having an adult read to you. When you have reached your goal, turn your calendar to your teacher to earn your reward from the PTA.

Volunteer Application System 2025-2026 We need volunteers!   The Issaquah School District requires all caregivers who wish to volunteer at school activities/programs to be approved by the district. You have to apply every year. It might take up to a few weeks for your application to be processed, so if you are planning on volunteering, submit your application HERE
