Join us for a fun, family-friendly evening celebrating Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Math!

All Apollo students are invited to create and display their own STEM projects on a tri-fold board. Explore hands-on activities, interactive displays, and creative student work from across the school.

🍨 Special Feature: Sub Zero STEM Presentation
 Live liquid nitrogen science + fresh ice cream!
 (6:15 PM & 7:00 PM sessions – limited student tickets available)

MATH IS COOL 2026

March 7th and 24th, 2026

Math is Cool is a math competition hosted by Academics is Cool for grades 4-12 in WA.

This year, Apollo PTA will organize teams to participate in the 4th-grade and 5th-grade Math is Cool Champs competition. Due to the limitation of 5 teams per grade, it’s only open to 4th and 5th graders to sign up, on a First-come, First-served basis.

Math in Action

September '25- May '26

Challenge #8 due Friday, Jan. 23rd!

We welcome all students who want to participate in this year's Math in Action!

The program challenges all the kids beyond their daily math work and push them to their maximum potential, developing out of box thinking strategy and problem-solving skills. We will have Prizes three times per year to encourage participation. Prizes will be handed out in December 2025, March 2026, and June 2026.

General Membership Meetings 2025-2026

March 25, 6:30 pm

We welcome all Apollo parents to attend our PTA general meetings. We will have 4 General Membership meetings per year for all parents and caregivers to attend. We will be hosting a general membership meeting with updates about current programs, events and fundraising. All meetings will be hybrid, in person at the Apollo Library and on Zoom.

Volunteer Application System 2025-2026

We need volunteers!
 
The Issaquah School District requires all caregivers who wish to volunteer at school activities/programs to be approved by the district. You have to apply every year. It might take up to a few weeks for your application to be processed, so if you are planning on volunteering, submit your application HERE

Read at Home Program 2025-2026
Due date: June 5th, 2025
 
You can earn books for reading at home!
All you have to do is read 20/30 minutes a day and keep track of your reading minutes with our handy calendar. Your reading options can include RAZ-Kids, TumbleBooks, reading to yourself, reading to a buddy, or having an adult read to you. When you have reached your goal, turn your calendar to your teacher to earn your reward from the PTA.
