Nominating Committee

2025-2026

Every year, our Nominating Committee helps our PTA find the best candidates to fill the open positions in our PTA board for the following academic year.

Without enough volunteers, our PTA doesn't have the manpower to bring forth programs such as Read at Home, Math In Action, 5th Grade Graduation, School Supplies, Math Tournament, Reflection, etc.

The Apollo Elementary PTA is looking ahead to next school year and the officers who will lead the organization in the 2025-2026 school year. We're currently soliciting nominations for passionate leaders who are enthusiastic about supporting our school community and committed to Apollo Elementary PTA’s mission (see below). Strong leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to making a difference are key. Prior PTA and/or board experience is helpful but not required.

Nominees must be PTA members for at least 15 days (local) before the election on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, so if you or your nominee is not yet a member of our PTA, there’s still time to join!

  • Officer Positions we’re looking for nominations for:
    • President or Co-Presidents
    • Vice President or Co-Vice Presidents
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
